Cool Season Crops are planted from September through February for a harvest during the late fall and early winter months.
Cole Crops – includes Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts
Spinach & Greens – includes Lettuce, Swiss Chard and other Greens
